As a starting point we like investments that make money for you, rather than lose money. We also understand that every investor has different circumstances and different goals so we don’t try to “cookie-cutter” you into one set way of doing things. We take the time to sit down, analyse the scenario and establish the best type of property to suit you.
Which areas do you cover?
We can help you buy investment properties right across Victoria. If you are looking interstate, do please feel free to get in touch and we can point you towards a good agent who specialises in your chosen area. And even if you’re looking interstate, we can still help nail down a good strategy and help with a little advice along the way.
I’m not ready to buy, but want to talk to someone about my strategy. Can you help?
Of course! We’re not a transaction-focused company so we’re still happy to help if you’re not looking to buy just yet or even if you’re looking to buy outside of our area. A very big part of what we do is around helping you establish your strategy and then offering advice along the way, so please do feel free to get in touch.
Do you receive any kickbacks or referral fees from developers or sales agents?
None whatsoever. We pride ourselves on being completely independent and do not accept any such payments. We only buy investment properties; we don’t sell them.
How does the process work? How do we get started?
The first step is to book some time to sit down with us, either in person or by phone/skype, to get a solid understanding of where you’re at and where you’re headed. From there, we can then help formulate a strategy, offer a fixed quote on our costs to proceed, and begin searching for the right property. We assess the numbers, negotiate on your behalf and present the opportunity to you for approval. The decision to sign is then entirely up to you and we can always go back to the drawing board at any stage if you are not completely happy.
